...Jesus didn't fulfill all prophecies? Considering the fact that Jews do have proof that Jesus did not fulfill all prophecy. Considering that case. Doesn't it mean that no messiah king which is said to return by the Jews during the third temple will make his first appearance?

The Messiah has not come. When he does come (and it will be for the 1st time), the third Temple will be rebuilt along with other prophecies being fulfilled. .
 
It's a fact that:
a) Jews don't consider Jesus the messiah
b) Jesus did not fulfill the messianic prophecies from Judaism
c) Jews don't believe their messiah has come yet.

I don't really understand the last question.
