is it correct to write the date on which we give the greeting card&the dob of the

reciever in the greting card? Is it correct to write giving date & date of birth of the person(reciever's date of birth) on the greeting card, to whom we are giving ?in which place we have to write the date of birth of the reciever,whether right top corner or left top corner,pls help me

I always add the date on the right top and if it's birthday greeting card, it will be the dob of the receiver.
If it's a holiday, I'd write Christmas Eve 2009 or so.
