Is it easy to transfer Palm contacts to a Blackberry device?

I have a Palm Tungsten and I want to get a smartphone. I personnaly think Palm will be out of business soon and I was thinking of getting a Blackberry. Does anybody have experience transfering their Palm data to a Blackberry? If so how?
