Is it going to be harder to drive an Audi A5 manual than the Civic I learned on a

couple of months ago? I've heard civics are very easy stick cars but i dont know why. Ive only tried a civic and a chevy suv. Is there a big difference b/c the audi is a 6 speed?
 
The only real difference that matters is the Civic reverse gear is far right and down. the Audi is push down far left and up.
 
If you can drive a manual transmission in the Civic, it should be no big deal to drive the Audi. You just have to get used to the Audi, and that shouldn't take long.
