is it healthier for the body if you eat your meals(food) slower?

Yes your food digests better and also the slower you eat the more time your brain has to tell your body that you're full, therefore, you eat less.
 
Only in the fact that if you eat slow, you will feel fuller with out eating so much, if you eat fast, you will eat almost twice as much before feeling full.
 
You want to eat it slower because they say it takes 30 minutes for your brain to tell you that your stomach is actually full. So what I do is try to eat a right portion and wait 30 minutes. And usually I'm not hungry.
 
yes bc it gives your body time to digest food and to get the signal if your full or not if you eat to fast youll end up stuffing yourself
 
Yes! Digestion begins in your mouth, when you chew...you will get more nutrition if you chew your food fully in your mouth, not swallow it whole and hope stomach and intestines have better luck with getting the nutrition out.
