is it healthier to eat nuts raw or roasted?

i always eat nuts like almonds, walnuts, and edamame raw but i tried them roasted a couple days ago and it was really good.

so im wondering which is healthier or is it the same?
 
raw are better because if they arent dry roasted they may have added fats - but have u tried smoked almond s there so yummmy
 
Unless you add something when you roast them, the nutritional content remains the same. They just taste better roasted.
 
Sometimes raw peanuts will make you sick, especially if they are freshly harvested. So they should be roasted, toasted or boiled.
