Is it healthy to eat/drink about 1,200-1,400 calories a day and burn about

400 during cardio?easy 10 points. ? i am 15.
i weigh like 157 pounds but i look like im 140. maybe even 135...i am kidn of chubby but not much in my stomach mostly my thighs and butt.
i am 5"4. i want to lose about 20 pounds. should i continue doing what im doing or is it unhealthy? approximately when would i lose it? im doing my bike for 30 mins a day or up to 40 bcuz i want to burn adleast 400 cals so the number of mins varies but i go up to 400 cals. help me out . i dont do much strength trainign cuz my thighs are already big i do not want them any bigger...so when i lose the fat on them maybe then i should tone up? give me advice and please answer all my w's thank you! easy 10 points
