I've noticed I have sushi at least 2-3 times each week and salad as a meal on its own almost daily (usually chicken caesar, tuna, or cobb). I'm not on any special diets-- I just LOVE sushi and fresh veggies. So I'm wondering if this healthy. I also eat a lot of fruit salads and pasta.
