Is it illegal to replace your car's front window with a large flatscreen tv?

Taking out your front windshield and replacing it with a flatscreen tv the exact same size as the window....My friend thinks it's illegal, but is there an actual law saying you can't do this?
 
Yes it is illegal the law says that you cannot get a driver distracted I am 100% sure you will keep getting tickets you can put them on the back seats or trunk
