...getting upgraded? Hi, I am in a process of getting encryption installed on my client's blackberry device. For that purpose I have to make sure that the Blackberry have the new OS and the S/MIME Package is installed? My question is that does it really screw up the upgrade if any instance of Desktop Manager is running in the background? Please help and ay instructions on this would be great?
