I was watching one piece episode 254 just then and noticed that Chopper's voice had suddenly changed from all the previous episodes (in jap). It really sounds weird
wikipedia says that chopper's always been voiced by ikue otani but this episode it's gotten more high pitched and girly.
is it just me?
