Is it just me or is there a moving trend in what's generally hated?

A few years ago, emos are widely hated, but all of that seems to have gone quiet. Back in 2009, it seems like the world hates the "Dumb Americans." Now, it appears the hate is focused on the "Libtard Commies." Is it just me noticing all this as I progress to different stages in life, hence different communities, or is there is there actually a trend?

It seems like there is a trend where before and even now germans are still hated in the usa but if it wasn't for Germans there wouldn't be some inventions and there wouldn't be a USA.

Actually the hate americans is still going on aslong as america keeps doing what they have been doing and that is throwing it's weight around where it don't belong.

Emos were hated but not anymore. But as for gays and others I don't think they will ever get rights as people are closed minded and selfish and think that anyone that isn't like them should be killed and not given any rights mmm sounds like hitler even going to other countries and doing whatever they want and look what happened to him.

There is a trend going on wonder what it will be in 2011. hopefully in 2010 i can still go to germany where it is more free than the usa.

There is a general idea of 'scapegoating' which is making a section of society taking on the blame for other people's mistakes. This can apply to groups or individuals and it is a way of not taking responsibility for your actions. In this country there is a history of the 'newest' groups taking the blame, going back to the Jewish community, then Indian sub continent incomers and so on. Recently it has been 'hoodies', people who own certain dogs, fat people and so on. In the cinema the 'villian of choice' at the moment seems to be English men (so I don't know what that says how the rest of the world sees us!).
