Congress signed the same contract without reading it
GET MAD AT THE POLITICIANS WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO BE RESPONSIBLE AND REPRESENT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE
THE POLITICIANS ARE THE ONES WHO SIGNED OFF ON THIS,and made it so the bonuses could happen for no reason with no consequences
even if the company was failing the bonuses would still be given out, as that is what was signed off on in the contract
