We just moved and called our internet service to have our service changed to our new address. There was nothing said about having to renew our contract. A week latter we get a statement in the mail of a new 2 year contract with a $200 early cancellation fee, Last year the United States courts ruled it was illegal for cell phone companies to charge cancellation fees, does this apply to internet providers ?
