truck? My husband and I are looking into getting our first vehicle that is just ours, we are also trying to concieve, and want to get a vehicle that will work for us in the future aka baby. I figure a car would be safest but a truck is very useful for us too, and if it has an extended cab 4 door, then i dont see why not.
im sure its fine, i just hear alot of people saying they dont think its safe, but im sure with an extended cab 4 door it should be just fine.

shew, just reading the headline scared me for a bit. Im sorry. lol. why would it not be legal? its the same as a car. as long as the baby can be rear facing its fine. and its as safe as a car. where I live its illegal to put them in the front seat, unless the backseat it not big enough for the carseat, then you have no choice.

Cab of a truck is a lot bigger then that of a Hyundai Accent! I don't see how it's possible for it to be considered illegal or unsafe.

I live in Southern Ontario and have a carseat in the back of our pick up....now I'm scared. Why wouldn't it be legal? Am I missing something?
