Is it legal to go to Mexico and pick up all the stray dogs and Bring them

to a pound in Arizona? I just feel so bad for them and I know they need and deserve a loving owner that will feed them and provide a home for them.

In Mexico the dogs are more like wild dogs than stray dogs. They could bring a foreign disease into America.....just do a google search on it. It's not that hard. :(

I do not know if it isn't it should be as we here in Amer have enough unwanted dogs & all shelters are over loaded & dogs are put down every day why does every one feel like we>Amer. can solve all the problem in the world when we can't solve our own problems & we have plenty of them

What good is it going to do to bring dogs from Mexico here and dump them in a shelter to be euthanized here? We have more than enough of our own pets that are dumped in shelters everyday we do not need to import more.

There are probably enough needy dogs in Arizona that you don't need to import any from out of state. The US customs people take a dim view of anyone bringing a bunch of non-pedigreed dogs from Mexico; they'll think you're working for the puppy mills. You're better off supporting animal welfare organizations in Mexico instead.
