here meaning USA...Not absinthe legal in USA...that stuff has the wormwood content filtered out... I mean real REAL Absinthe not legal in the US...
 
it's legal to buy here, try kubler it's one of the best. you can't legally ship alcohol overseas but if you find someone go for it
 
Well I have thought about doing it myself. I wouldn't buy anything that was NOT from overseas, the stuff in the US is nothing compared to the real deal. Go to the green fairy site and check it out. If you order it and it is illegal, just play dumb,lol. Good luck, I am gonna order mine right now!!!
 
If you're thinking you're going to get 'high' off of absinthe that's produced outside of the US, you are wrong. There are brands that contain Grand Wormwood. Beware of *cough* Czech manufacturers who boast a high thujone content. They're full of you know what.

The answer is yes, it's legal to buy. Websites will disclose if they cannot ship a product to a US address.

Absinthe is liquor, plain and simple. The buzz you get is alcohol. If you enjoy the taste, buy the liquor. If you're looking to get high, better go find a drug dealer.
