If someone on DeviantArt makes a wrist cuff and puts on a anime(or anything,video game, manga, movie ect.) Logo/Screen shot/name/Character/Character name/a name at all/picture/an actuall picture from the show ect. on it and sell it as a commission ( or just sell it at all ) is it illegal? and does putting "I DO NOT OWN THE ANIME" or
