So my girlfriend just had an unusual pap smear test, which means she could have HPV, which leads to genital warts. I have very small bumps all around my penis, but not very noticeable unless I'm hard or you pull the skin tighter, it doesn't seem like any STD, and it's not itchy, no ooze coming out of it, nothing but bumps. And I think I've had them before I became sexually active, but that just could be my subconscious trying to calm me down. I also heard that it could be hair follicles, and in all honesty, I'd rather have an STD then grow hair there. Is there anyway to get rid of it, or is there any pictures of what hair folicles? or would hair just start growing down there?
