I do want to love someone and to be loved, but right now I just don't want a relationship. I have been told it's weird, but at this point in my life I want to focus on getting my life on the right track, and I don't want any distractions. I do want to have a relationship eventually, just not right now. At this point in my life I just want to focus on my education so I can get my dream job. After that I would love to have a romantic relationship with someone I care about.

That sounds completely acceptable. Not only that, but intelligent. "Normal" is a loosely defined word. "Smart" is a better word to live by. There is nothing wrong with wanting to get your situation straight before getting involved in something that could further complicate it. Don't let other people make you think you are doing anything wrong. Different things work for different people, and whatever works for you is the right thing to do ;)

sex is all you want anytime with one person or two?

no commitment at all, just when the sexual urge arises you mean?

no responsibility, just some sex exchange like that?
