I got married with my Husband in January of this year. We have a healthy relationship and love to travel together. We also have our own friends and hang with them occasionally. I recently told my Husband that a couple girlfriends and I were thinking about going to Vegas(my husband and I have been several times alone) together for a weekend within the next year. He totally freaks out and tells me I can't go and that married people don't take vacations away from each other. I have heard my mother's opinion on it and she also agrees. Am I the only one who doesn't think it's a bad thing if a spouse goes away for a few days with friends? I mean who says your life with your friends is over once you get married? I thought this is what men hated being stuck with their wives 24/7? I need more opinions please!
