I used to smoke cigarettes but lately I have been smoking rolled pipe tobacco and want to quit. I believe there is nicotine in it. Will the patch help me,or can you only use it to quit cigarettes?
All tobacco has nicotine, so yes! Electronic ciggies are even better as you can keep the smoking "gesture" as an antistress thing and gradually reduce the amount of nicotine.
