Is it okay to lounge around all day?

If you cannot find work, what else are you suppose to do? At least you're not out spending fun money... & if your spouse can support you both, why work & take a job some household needs cuz they don't even have one... stars/famous ppl don't work all day or every day & lounge around & enjoy themselves... wonder what JC Duggard is up to... you think she should be slaving away as if she didn't all ready pay a big crueller price than anyone else? Jealous ppl outta try it some time...

I'm at home but I don't just lounge & relax... I'm usually on my feet doing something like cooking & cleaning & was homeschooling my boys... so, yea, I stay more busy constantly from the time I get up till I go to sleep vs some ppl with outside jobs... they get off work & just chill all nite or play after work & spend fun money & same w/their weekends... not me. EVER!

It depends on what you consider lounging around. If you mean to sit down and not get any exercise then no it is not ok, it will cause health issues and if you don't keep your brain active it will slowly deteriorate.

If you mean work around the house and keep your mind active doing things like reading then yes it's fine as long as you can afford to live on one income.
