I was just walking around my house and i tripped kinda in a weird way and it was like my knee slide in and out of place by itself. It doesn't happen to often but after i fall i just sit their for a few minutes because it is kinda painful. It will continue to hurt for the rest of the day but not as bad, just really sore. I've dislocated my knee cap before.
Just wanted to know if it is possible.
