Is it possible to cancel an ebay sale if the bid price is lower than desired?

I plan to sell a Nintendo Wii console + several games as a bundle on ebay. A friend suggested that i start the bidding price at 99 cents, that way I will get a lot of bidders. What if the winning bidder's price is still very low, could I cancel or do I have to go through with it? I have zero experience with ebay, thanks.

Set a reserve price. A reserve price is the minimum for which a sale will be authorized. So you can set your bids to start at 99 cents, but set the reserve price at $100 (or whatever) and if the bids don't meet the reserve, the auction is automatically cancelled. That's the only way you can be sure that the item won't sell for less than what you think it is worth. Of course, with too high of a reserve, it won't sell at all... so watch eBay and see what similar bundles regularly go for,and you'll know what to do.

I would not start it out at .99 there is no reason to. Also you can add a reserve price that has to be met and if not by end of auction then it will not sell
