Okay my daughter wanted to watch a movie and she didn't realize it was a Blu Ray and she put the disc in my BOSE 3 2 1 GS series Dvd Home Entertainment System and now it won't eject the disc. The disc is stuck or jammed! Is this a really bad thing? I know it's bad because the disc is stuck! Is my unit ruined or can the disc be removed? HELP! I paid almost $1200 for the system over 2 yrs ago. Any idea's? Yes, I'm calling Bose in the morning but right now I'm venting and I need to see if someone can help me right now.
Yes I know my Bose doesn't play Blu Ray that is my point! I'm just afraid my system might be ruined. I'm hoping Bose will fix it; I did buy the extended warranty. We shall see. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this happen? I seriously HOPE my system isn't useless anymore! Help!
