Is it possible to get some sort of....?

So i use headphones and speakers and id like them both to be plugged into my computer at the same so I dont have to keep reaching around the back switching the cords over.

Is it possible to buy some sort of addapter that will allow me to plug two sound plugs (not quite sure what theyre called but its the same sort of thing that go into an ipod and the hole is green) into my pc at once?

If so can i get a link of one or something.

you have a head phone jack in the front and the back of the computer
