Alright, so I'm finally trying to get into martial arts. The best school in the area is one that teaches karate and kobudo. I'd like to take both, but unfortunately the karate conflicts with school, however I can attend the kobudo classes. Would it be possible for me to learn kobudo without learning karate? Or is it kind of a part of the karate curriculum.
