With enough time & $$$, certainly. Now, as far as practical, that's up to you. The Vortech is a centrifugal blower that takes power off the engine with a separate belt drive. As the belt has to be quite tight so the blower pulley doesn't slip, we're talking a 3" wide cog belt or so, & that needs room. Then there is the mounting for the blower itself. The blower bracket will have to be like a 3/8" thick piece of aluminum bolted directly to the engine block, to keep the blower straight. I think you're car is basically a front drive with some stuff added for the rear wheels, with a transverse mounted engine. That means all this has to be tucked between the block & the passenger side sheet metal. Like I said, anything is possible, but, as far as practical, you're probably looking at ten grand, at least ....
