Is it possible to transfer incomplete Bittorrent downloads to another computer?

l have just bought a new computer and was wondering if it is possible to move my incomplete Bittorrent downloads to my new computer without losing what l have already downloaded. If it is possible, how do you do it? Thanks in advance!

Yes. Transfer the download folder (which includes the actual torrent file and chache) to another computer. Just make sure you are using the same torrent client (ie: Bittorrent, Utorrent).
