Lol, I see no reason why you shouldn't be able to!
As long as you have the Google voice app or program installed on you tablet and its activated, Yes it will work.
Other things you might need to know, unless you've already experienced, is getting used to this feature and getting It used to your voice commands, ie: voice recognition.
Other than that just go for it, just don't get frustrated with it and teach. it to curse!! Those little androids in there can be quite testy at times!!!
