Sorry the Blackberry Storm is a specialized phone that works on two networks for Verizon. CDMA network in the USA and GSM network only for traveling outside of the Verizon Network. Even the data usage for the BlackBerry Storm uses Verizon 3G network.

I doubt that this phone will be unlock since Verizon has a strict access on this phone.
