that is very rude , I hate that. I have different ring tones for my important calls ( sons, sisters that are far away etc...) Drs apts can leave messages and
that way if anone else calls if I am wiwh someone I know not to answer it unless I get one of them important ringtones.

U R Right. It is so, It can be avoided by informing and excusing himself before answering their call. Instead, you can ask them to answer the call as a gesture from you and as a good manners.
