I am Iranian and have lived in the US for 25 years. I have never been back to Iran and plan to visit in March. I am a little apprehensive about going considering all of the protests going on. Has anyone traveled there recently? Is it safe for me to go visit?
yes, it's safe and very good time to visit cuz it's nowrooz and new year and every one is happy.but if you wanna come you'd better to come before March's 20th so that you feel the enjoyment and the very first moments of spring.and if you're staying till April, make sure that you won't go at in April's 1st because it seems that there will be another protest at that day
