is it safe to run my air conditioner in my car, Its not really working anymore?

I took it in to the shop about a week ago and it was fixed but now its not working again. Should I get a refund because it cost me like 200 dollars and all they did was inject dye and add freon
it barely gets cool but after about 30 minutes its starts getting cool, what is the problem
