for college? My family has been struggling to stay in washington DC to put me through terrible public schools, this being that we believe there is some grant given to those who graduate from DC, apparently its worth 40,000 dollars and 10,000 dollars off each year. this is the reason we have stayed, however, I havent been able to find proof of this grant anywhere and if im not eligible, Im out of here so fast i swear. HELP PLEASE!
