we all know that liver is purifying our bodies from toxins ..,in the same time it's a good source for menirals as food ..
our doctor think that it's not halthy to eat liver even if it's well cooked !! so my qustion is should we stop eatng liver ???!!

Doctors should not be saying that liver is not good for us because liver is a good source of iron. But they should advise their patients that it is also a rich source of vitamin A and having too much vitamin A can be harmful. Having too much of vitamin A might increase the risk of bone fracture.

In an ideal world, liver would be a very good thing to eat.
Personally, the way meat is "grown" in most industrial settings, there is no way I would ever consider eating liver from a commercial food source. Of course, I am sure the producers of the production line meat would say it is fine, but no way would I ever touch it myself.
If you must eat liver, try to find a local, organic, free range source for your meat.

If your iron level is too high it can be bad, otherwise it is very good for us. In addition, it tastes much better if it is served a little pink inside.
