Ontario power structure? I have heard that the 400 million dollars per year that they make off of the black market cigarette sales is being used to buy rocket launchers, assault rifles and all manner of full scale military hardware, that they are planning to cut off pipelines, rail service, heating, electricity, etc. Is any of this possibly true? I have even heard that it could happen as early as the end of this year.
