well you know when Rukia said tha shinigamís (or soul reapers) don't grow up once they are already dead.
but I have seen Byakuya grow. oh and remember when Gin and Rangiku met when they were little, but they soon grow up like they are now. so I don't get if it's true what Rukia said.
