I am currently under Sprint's unlimited, anytime minutes plan that does not charge me a per-minute fee to call Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands. Is there another carrier that will not charge me a per-minute fee to call my family and friends back home on Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands?
