Is it true that WellsTrade does not let you buy and sell a stock in the same day?

I heard that they do not let you open and close a position in the same day. I would like to open a brokerage account that allows you to do this. Do any of the following let you buy and sell a position in the same day:

OptionsHouse, E-trade, Ameritrade, Scottrade.
