If I work out everyday for the next 2 months without stopping for one day, will it effect my weight loss in a negative way? 3-4 days a week I will be doing cardio, yoga and a work out dvd. Then 2-3 days a week I will do just two activites. One day a week I will only be doing one activity. Even though I am not taking a full day to rest each week, but I am doing less work will it count somewhat?
