I move my neck around to pop or crack it it sounds like a cracking sound but I have been doing it for a wile, I do sometimes for my jaw and leg. So should I stop or dose it not matter?

cracking joints isn't unhealthy, but cracking your neck is kind of sketchy because if you twist it to hard you could seriously damage your spinal column. Also, i once knew this kid who tried to crack his neck and he herniated a disk. He was in extreme pain and couldn't move his head. So be careful...
actually cracking your neck is bad because when you crack it you'll start getting use to it and if you stop your neck will feel stick until you crack it again the best thing to do is to stretch
