i know you shouldnt eat before you sleep
but for dessert my mom always bring me apples, and i eat 3 slices. which is around 1 hour before i sleep, is this unhealthy? i cant refuse it.. because i usually eat very little of dinner so my mom goes nuts if i eat too little
