My cat will scratch at the walls and in the sink and other hard surfaces. It's really loud and irritating and sends chills down my spine. Sometimes she will be sitting on the tile floor in the kitchen and making a scratching motion like she is burying something. I have provided her many toys and scratching posts for her to use but most of the time she will use the rug(which is fine with me) but like I said recently she has been scratching at the walls and floors. Why is this and what can I do to make her stop?
