Last night I got 3 numbers and a lucky star number. I ran to the shop thinking I had won thousands. When I got there she checked the ticket and said I had won nothing!. I said what numbers I had and she said I needed both lucky star numbers to win anything and ripped the ticket up!. So I went home distraught and looked into it and found out I had won £20. Can I still claim the prize?. And how do I complain?.
I definitely won because I checked over and over.
 
t's always worth complaining, lt doesn't mean that anything will happen though. If you do, at least you know the b!@tch who ripped up your ticket will get into trouble.
 
slap her in the face and tell her (jks). Just tell her to listen to you and don't let her get hold of the ticket. Take a pic of it too if u think she is gonna rip it again.
 
wow ! try claiming your win ... go back to the store and talk that lady out,
if she doesnt give you your money then just bang the door when leaving , don't break the window's ...lol
