Is it worthwhile to upgrade/update Internet Explorer?

with Yahoo!7 enhancements.

Would hate to think there may be some problems with it, and I end up with even more problems.

Also, I don't like the idea of several toolbars as it reduces the size of the allocated workspace. I find that I only use the Google toolbar to any extent.
 
Yes it is worthwhile becoz IE8 has many new features..
