Is it wrong to scream out your feelings when you are angry?

Can somebody give me an article to back this up??That you need to express your feelings when you are angry and not suppress them?
 
it's not generally wrong just situation dependent, hold your tongue until the time is right
 
No, it's not wrong, but don't scream it out on someone else. Working out is an excellent way to channel out your negative emotions such as anger. Push yourself harder during your workout when those negative feelings kick-in and you'll soon feel calmer and better with the added benefit of toning your body. Trust me, this really works.
