He is the son of God, I understand that. But some say he IS God in human form. From a Christian standpoint, is he God?

No. Jesus is not God in human form. Jesus is a man made of a woman by the spirit of our God (Luke 1:30-35; Matthew 1:20; Galatians 4:4). Jesus referred to himself as a man who told them the truth, which he heard from God (John 8:40). Jesus said he could do nothing of himself (John 5:18,30,43; John 7:15-17).

God is not a man, for God said, "I am God and not man" (Hosea 11:9). God does not change, for God said, "I change not..." (Malachi 3:6). Numbers 23:19 confirms that God is not a man, nor is he the son of man.

By man came death, and by man came the resurrection from the dead (1 Corinthians 15:21,23). The God of our Lord Jesus Christ is the one who raised Jesus from the dead, according to Ephesians 1:3,17-23). God is one (Galatians 3:20). The man Jesus is the mediator between the one God and men (1 Timothy 2:5; Hebrews 7:24-28).

Jesus Christ is God because He lived a sinless life. He lived a sinless life because He is God Almighty in the flesh. Being sinless is a characteristic that is only available to God. Therefore, Jesus Christ is God. We know that Jesus Christ is God through a historical account because of the fulfilled Old Testament prophecy. There is a prophecy in the Old Testament that states that if the Jews (Israelites) rejected God (Jesus Christ) they will be exiled from their land. In 70 AD, about 37 years after rejecting Jesus Christ, the Jews were exiled by the Roman Empire.

God does not exist and therefore God has not got any Son. Another fairy tale.

Well god is in all of us. Technically we are all just part of god, but with a separated consciousness. Jesus had God consciousness. And there have been many god consciousnesses on this Earth before and after him.

Yes he is.

God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. 1 Timothy 3:16

For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form, Colossians 2:9

John the apostle state that Jesus was the Word which was God that became flesh (John 1:1,14)

That's PURE Bible right there.

For unto us a Child is born,
Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called
Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Isaiah 9:6

For unto us a Child is born, >>>referring to the birth of Jesus Christ

Unto us a Son is given; >>>referring to His death on the cross for our sins

And the government will be upon His shoulder. >>>sure was...they crucified Him

And His name will be called >>> His name referring to the Child born, the Son given...all being Jesus

Wonderful, Counselor, (((Mighty God))),
(((Everlasting Father))), Prince of Peace. >>>Now how is Jesus Everlasting Father? Answer: He is the Father of our spirits and by His blood shed on the cross for our sins, by His blood we become children of The Most High God.

If you read the New Testament, you see how every time the Pharisees approached Christ to test Him or the disciples had their doubts, the Bible clearly states, and Jesus knowing their thoughts or discerning their hearts.... Only God knows what is in the hearts of men. Revealing Christ was more than just a man. Until Jesus came no man could give sight to the blind, heal the sick, or resurrect the dead. Only since Christ, who is God in the flesh could anyone do such things and ONLY because He (Christ) gives us the authority to do so "in His name".

He came into this world in human form. He is the son of man. but he is also God. He is the son of God. literaly God died for are sins

Yes.

God is the Word. (John 1)

The Word became flesh. (Jesus)

The fulness of the godhead dwelled bodily within Him. (Col 2:9)

God is the Father.
Jesus is the Father (Is 9:6)
