Is Justin Bieber gonna be doing a tour in the UK if he is when?

i hope he does do a tour around the Uk, i live in a small town called Bedford it's in Bedfordshire i doubd he will come to befordshire again but if he does even in another town in Bedfordshire like miltin kynes then i could go but it would be best to come to bedford i really wanna see him in concert or just meet him which ever works for me, sorry goin of on a different Subject here but the main thing is if he is gonna do a tour here in the UK & when, i'll do anything just to see or meet him
